Mining motor-cutting-type deep-hole drill consists of the main frame, guide rail , drill pipe, drilling bit and hydraulic cylinder. Drill pipe sets up in guide rail; the end of drill pipe is hydraulic propulsion system. There is the motor and guide device in connection between the bit and drill pipe. The guide device mentioned above has guide bars parallelled to drill pipe axial outside the wall. There is space between the guide bars and guide device. Cutting edges are on both ends. Drill pipe axis with waterway. So problems like drilling difficulties and drill pipe breakage etc can be avoided. This also effectively improves the drilling precision and the maximum drilling depth. The space among the guide bars of the guide device can make the connection between motor and power easy and can be used as a mouth for scraps discharge so that slag discharge can be easily washed by high pressure water. The structure design is reasonable and of good practicability.
B. Features of Distant Mining Water Exploring Drill
1. ZMT-15 Portable Distant Water Exploring Drill for Mine Laneway is a new type water exploring equipment of coal seam in mine laneway and rock formations. Compared with similar products, it is smaller in volume, lighter in weight, easier to carry and simpler to operate, etc.. The maximum drilling depth is 60 m. The concentricity between the end to end of drilling is good . Error is Less than or equal to 50 mm.
2. KZJ-20/1.5 S Frame Pillar Distant Water Exploring Drill of Electric Vibrating and Water Injection is with functions of adjusting angle of the drill pipe, rapid exchange drill pipe, etc.. So the labor intensity of workers can be reduced.
3. Adopting water injection flushing and reelingly cutting, so as to reduce dust float at work place and improve the working environment; it is beneficial to the health of employees.
4. Water injection is used to flush drilling so that dust emissions are smooth, and drill bit can be cooledin time. Problems like a stuck drill bit can be effectively avoided, so that work efficiency can be improved. The maximum drilling depth is 120m , The radial error between the end to end of drilling is less than or equal to 100 mm.
5. The cutting motor of mining-motor-cutting-type deep-hole drill is located in the bottom of the drilling. The motor rotates at the bottom of the drilling, with low noise and big drilling aperture. The drill pipe does’t rotate, only pushing forward; the back impetus is small, so as to save energy and reduce consumption.The maximum drilling depth is 200m. The radial error between the end to end of drilling is less than or equal to 200 mm.
